This is why we are happy to announce that after intensive research work by a team researchers, and  in furtherance of our commitment to  support targeted Research and Development (R&D) towards the discovery of global innovations that would significantly assist in addressing critical challenges faced by both technology providers and users, the firm has successfully developed a framework that has been transformed into the first “Automated Enterprise and Employee Performance Scorecard".  The ICT architecture of the “Automated Enterprise and Employee Performance Scorecard” was developed on a Microsoft platform.

The final research protocol test of the “Automated Enterprise and Employee Performance Scorecard” was successfully tested at ASO Saving & Loans PLC. Furthermore, Microsoft Incorporation has agreed to commence a global case study for the deployment of this novel innovation made by IdeaEdge Consulting.   The firm has already also secured the “Patent Right” of the application.

Hopefully, this novel innovation made by IdeaEdge Consulting will finally put to rest decades of research by Human Resource Experts, Human Capital Scientists and Human Resource Professionals /Practitioners regarding the global challenges arising from Performance Management Systems.
